the spectImp for osx should be not a wish, but a standard.

the "workaround" with virtualbox is a joke.

something with the midi output of the sequencer lines isn't working right - the notes are coming out but my mfb synth stops and i have to turn the attack and release time a bit to keep the track going on...

fix all the known bugs, and pls don't even think about a midi cc function or an soft editor for the speckie - working with hardware is working with hardware. and the midi stardard is to slow too for realtime stuff.

speckie is still a lot of fun.

>> **Sene memories** <<

16 sene's per pattern
Each sene containing info for:
**Step lengths (drum tracks and step lines)
** Mute/Solo status
** Arp setting
**Favorites ..

Recall-able via external CC and the internal song mode... it would be like having fills, mute groups and alternative grooves stored in each pattern ..

An Absolutely brilliant 2014 feature!!!

>>>Scale quantizer for LFO's<<<
Would force the lfo shape to a pitch scale when synced to a clock resolution (ohhh the joyfull possibilities of auto-tuned lfo's on pitch 8) ...

>>>Random pattern slut machine<<<
When in random pattern allow user to keep a selected track of random, ..say user is randomizing D-synths, and D synth 1 is very cool but 2&3 are no good the user can keep/freeze the part he likes and continue to randome part 2&3 only, same for drums and tone :idea:

>>>Pattern MIX mode<<<
This is like a a direct shortcut for motif/drum and tone swap " between two patterns " its visual (numb button leds) and is very workflow friendly / direct

When switching patterns
Confirm next pattetn Y /N

The  num buttons: motif/ drum / pattern (led blink)
Motif= swaps motifs
Drum= swaps drums
Patter= swaps tone

By pressing the num buttons (sustained led) the motifs, drums and tone can swaped between the two patterns ...
You can jump between motifs, drums and tone within the two patterns by pressing the num buttons again (toggle between pattern drum, motifs and tone)

Now to expand a bit on this..instead of this num mode being global it could be per track (making this mode a usefull studio function for copy/paste or a quick and creative way to create new alternitive patterns.

it would also be ideal to have a fill in mode enable here (so user can drop an alternitive pattern/fill inbetween the mix patterns that pattern would aslo respect the num button mix (drum, motif tone) :idea: 8)

So confirm pattern [Yes] [No] [FILL]
With "NUM button blink" for direct swapping of tone, drum and motif's

A sort of switch function that when you un-mute a track another track mutes, the "counter" track has to be programmable.

Like : on track 1 you have a bassdrum and on track 7 another bassdrum and you don't want them ever to sound at the same time.
So when you mute track 1, track 7 un-mutes and vice versa.

AND: a way to save songs with embedded audio/files...alI I ask for :)

**Performance /song record

records pattern switching, mute/solo and knobs twisting to ''song mode ''record''

... and once again >>drum index point<< modulation / random generation to break the drums away from static sample playback ... modulationg envelope stages would also be welcome :wink:

xx.) LCD Jam-Modus aktivated trough [Pattern-Info]. This Modus bring Infos to the user wich are intressed in <PLAY> Mod. It disapeared when You go in a Menue (Klick an Knob), but still runing when change Values direct with Knobs (like Cutoff Freq, Resonance, Macros etc.). I wana give a List on my ideas, but there is a few other things wich can be desplayed.

a) Tact Pattern-Bar-running-light in the Upper Line Left. Number of BAR wich in the Pattern set, are as LCD fields on. The acutally Tact is Blinking like KORG EMX LED-BAR.

b) Actualy change Value and Origin Value in the Under Line. Is only show when direct changes are going with Knobs like Cuttoff LP24, Resonanze, Macros etc.

c) An txt File is run trough in the Under Line. In the SONG directory stored Text file for each Pattern. Give us infos what we all can do or not.

when setting up patterns for a live set or tracking, you often need to reset different outputs and pan setting for the parts you want to route to you mixer/multitrack ,.. so it be a convince to have a:

Favorite for Volume & pan (channel strip settings, outs and pan)

... cause we are lazy and it´s 2015 ;)

thx!
