Karplus Strong algorithm added!

With Karplus Strong Synthesis plugged string, string but also flutes can be created. They have a special acoustical quality and do not really sound like coming from an electronic music instrument. Here are my first tries with the new part of the sound engine. One have not to switch from the subtractive engine to this new algorithm - we just added the Karplus Strong algorithm as an additional filter into the engine...

Some more Karplus Strong sounds. I hope, we get that algorithm running on the Speckie as well... Would be a great addition. It is so simple - just a delay and a filter - you can already create some of those FX with the Spectralis delay - but the filter in the feedback path is missing and the tuning of the delay is not fine enough - but I think that is a good sign in general that the basics are already running.
I also used the distortion algorithm at one of the new sounds. It reminds a little bit on a heavily distorted electric guitar;-)

very beautyful !! as a guitar lover too i really like that sound. it would be great to get that FX style for the spectralis. it would be interesting how it works with other sounds. would it possible to change the feedback? had the accelerator and the spectralis a seperate FX engine/unit/processor? or is everything depended by the mainprocessor? i hope the spectralis have some processor "headroom" for adding some FX of the accelerator. i really miss a little distortion or bitreducer. but its ok for me. i think its also depended by the processor power.

is everything right for selling the accelerator in march? then we can expect a OS update for speckschwein this year? whooo

but thats the wrong topic to talk about the spectralis.
